1.Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A:We are factory and owned 2 different factories(Dongguan and HuNan). The company currently has more than 600 employees, more than 70 management personnel, 48 R&D and engineering technicians, 40,200 square meters of workshop and office area.
2.Q: What are the advantages of your company?
A: Our R&D team has independent research and development capabilities, and obtained a number of core technology patents. The energy storage inverter system, DC control system and battery BMS management and control system researched and developed by the company all occupy the leading position in the industry.
3.Q: What kind of certificates your products have acquired ?
A:We have acquired CE, FCC, UL RoHs and UN38.3 certificates, which is able to satisfy most country’s importing requirements.
4.Q: Can you supply OEM &ODM service ?
A: Yes, We support OEM &ODM.
5.Q: How long is the delivery time of your power supply products?
A: The delivery time of different products is different, and the delivery time of portable power station is usually about 20 days. The delivery time of home energy storage battery is generally 1 months.
6.Q: How do you ship the goods since they are high capacity battery ?
A: We have long-term cooperated forwarders who are professional at battery shipment. DHL/UPS/TNT/Fedex and other air shipments and sea shipments are all workable. In one words, we could do any shipments you wanted.
7.Q: How about shipping and tax?
A: Shipping costs depend on the way, destination and weight. Taxes depend on the customer's local customs.
